• To handle customer queries efficiently and resolving all issues in first instance.
• To meet the customers' needs and provide customer satisfaction.
• Wherever required up sell the appropriate product to all customers at the most profitable rate that can be achieved.
• To meet the customers' needs in order to provide satisfaction.
• To meet business targets for both quantity and quality.
Desired Candidate Profile :
• 0-5 Years Experience
• Graduate/UG with good communication skills in English - written and verbal.
• Must have excellent listening skills & Interpersonal Skills.
• Willing to work in Night Shift.
• Passionate and committed to "perform" high quality work.
